I Feel Like I'm 100 Years Old

I have like dozens of old age people's ailments. Woke up this morning, thinking of going to the clinic to get my head checked and I was attacked with an acute excruciating pain on my back and my spine. It was so painful that I have to keep in a lying down position. I had to give the visit to the doctor a miss. I don't understand how I could have gotten it. I couldn't move much, hurts quite bad. I was like an old man, felt like I was a few hundred years old. Fuck, I've delayed my visit to the clinic for 2 days. I've got to go soon. My concern is the cost of it all.
